Revised Manual v. 28-5-13

THE WAR IN ARKANSAS Manual has been revised and posted in the documents links as version 28-5-13. If you have the 17-5-13 version, there are no significant different and no need to reprint. The manual has been simplified slightly and some unnecessary information removed that appears in the unit strength and quality and the movement documents.
