One of the highlight of the day was an attack by the Federal forces against Midway Junction. The attack was well executed, but the enemy position was strong and it was repulsed. The Confederates were eventually forced to withdraw from the junction when their flank was threatened.
There was also some sharp skirmishing at Midway between Confederate Cavalry and Federal Infantry at the DeLisle Junction and as far north as the Fenton Hay Field.
And further to the west, everybody loves Raymond, especially if your division designation starts with the number 6:
