The cavalry division will have its ordnance train with its division commander. Individual cavalry brigades may be assigned to different towns and need to be resupplied. They will have to go to the cavalry division's ordnance train to resupply with .54 ammunition for their carbines.
Cavalry can move a total of 6 towns per day during campaign mode. Resupplying a cavalry brigade during campaign mode will take two hours. This means that a cavalry brigade that resupplies will be able to move a total of five towns and resupply.
Example 1 - Moving to Resupply: A cavalry brigade is at Big Flat and wishes to resupply from the cavalry division's ordnance train, which is at Benbrook Mills. It leaves Big Flat at 6:00 a.m. and arrives Buffalo City at 8:00 a.m. It leaves Buffalo City at 8:00 a.m. and arrives at North Fork at 10:00 a.m. It then moves south and arrives at Benbrook Mills at 12:00 p.m. It resupplies at the division's ordnance train from 12:00 p.m. to 14:00 p.m. and then leaves to go back to North Fork, arriving there at 16:00 p.m. It will arrive back in Buffalo City at 18:00 p.m. and can return to Big Flat the next day.
Example 2 - Change in Cavalry Division HQ: The cavalry division could shift its HQ from the brigade at Benbrook Mills to Brigade at Big Flat. The Division Commander will move from Benbrook Mills to Big Flat with the ordnance train and the Big Flat brigade could resupply when the ordnance train arrives.
If the Division Commander and Ordnance Train are unescorted and encounter an enemy force on the way, they would be captured. If a regiment could be detached from the Benbrook Mills brigade to accompany them, which would assist in avoiding capture if there is an enemy force on the road.
