Franklin Now Under Construction

The Franklin Map is now being started. It is still at the earliest stages, setting up the height.tga file that will create the elevations on the map. Franklin might not be used in THE OZARKS CAMPAIGN, but is much more likely to be occupied during WIA5 next year.
